GraceMed is committed to providing a high-quality Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Program that empower individuals to develop their skills and achieve career goals. GraceMed Academy offers 5-week and 8-week CNA Hybrid Blend Online Classes and CNA Weekend Face-to-Face Courses.. Learn how to provide quality direct patient care or quickly meet a prerequisite in a much shorter time span, than classes at a community college.
Our Nurse Aide 1 (CNA) program is located in Mooresville, NC in Iredell County. GraceMed Academy's Nurse Aide 1 Class is approved by the NC Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR). This Nurse Aide 1 (CNA) program is an accelerated course and taught at a fast pace. You must be able to keep up with the pace. This course is suitable for nursing and medical students, individuals wishing to re-enter the work force, and those who wish to pursue their healthcare careers. Upon completion, you will be prepared to sit for the NC Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Exam. This Nurse Aide 1 (CNA) Program consists of 125 -133 clock hours depending on the program. The weekend CNA program is all face-to-face (in-person classroom theory, hands on skills in labs and clinical rotations), The Hybrid Blend CNA program consists of a blend of online and face-to-face (online theory, in-person hands on skills in labs and clinical rotations).

Registration Fee (non-refundable) $ 50.00 and pay 50% of Tuition (362.50)

Remaining Balance Paid in 3 Weekly Payments of $120.83 Weekly Payment Due every Monday - 1st installment payment due 1st week of class.
Enrollment Requirements with High Diploma or GED
If you received a High School Diploma or GED:
- Must be 16 years or older at the time of enrollment
- High School Transcript (www.needmytranscript.com ), GED, or College Transcript if graduated
- Drivers License or an appropriate Government Issued Identification Ex: (State ID, Military ID, or US Passport)
- Social Security Card (Non-Laminated)
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Enrollment Requirements For No High Diploma or GED
If you did NOT receive a High School Diploma or GED:
- Must be 16 years or older at the time of enrollment
- Must take the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test (WBST) $40 Fee
Minimum Verbal Score (200) and Minimum Quantitative Score (210)
- Drivers License or an appropriate Government Issued Identification Ex: (State ID, Military ID, or US Passport)
- Social Security Card (Non-Laminated)
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Additional Enrollment Requirements for ALL Students**
**Tuition must be paid or payment arrangements made by this point**
- Completed Application and Enrollment Form
- Criminal Background Check (completed at orientation)
- Have a current TB test or chest x-ray within the last 12 months showing no active TB or communicable disease. (TB Test is available at orientation for an additional cost payable to vendor onsite)
- Drug Screen (completed at orientation)
- Current CPR (class scheduled on site with our sister company (GMTI)
Additional Fees not included in Tuition
- Uniform Scrub Set (Teal) (required) $50.00 collected by vendor
Vendor will be at orientation (www.khscrubshopllc.com)
- CPR (required) - class onsite - $60 collected by sister company
- TB (required) - $50 collected at orientation by 3rd party vendor
- Background Check (required) - $25 (completed onsite by GraceMed)
- Drug Screen (required) $25.00 (completed on site by GraceMed)
- CNA 1 State Testing Fee $140.00 (payable to Credentia)
- Blood Pressure Cuff Set (optional) $45 payable to GraceMed
